About Rob

Robert Jenkins was born and raised in Walthamstow, East London. Running wild was his heritage but he also wrote plays for the stage and scripts for the screen, novels and short stories. He wrote poetry from a young age and performed them in the early days of stand-up poetry nights in London pubs. He travelled widely with his wife and children, living from cities to deserts to Pacific islands. To pay the bills he works with challenging and challenged people.
